Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside to ensure your refund is processed accurately.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized collection point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been confirmed.
